AstroDyuti is a personal Vedic astrology app for your phone. You can compute your Kundli (birth chart), read the daily Panchang (almanac) and auspicious timings, run Match compatibility between two charts, and chat with Vani, an AI astrologer. It also gives you daily, weekly, and monthly readings and a "This Hour" timing verdict. The app works in nine languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, and Gujarati.

You create a profile with your name, date of birth, birth time, and birth place. The app then builds your Kundli and unlocks the readings, Panchang, and Vani chat. You can save more than one profile (limits depend on your plan), which is handy for reading charts for family members.

AstroDyuti follows the sidereal zodiac used in Vedic astrology (Jyotish), with the Lahiri ayanamsa as the default sidereal correction. Planetary positions are computed with the Swiss Ephemeris astronomical library. This differs from the tropical zodiac common in Western astrology, so a sign or reading here may not match a Western horoscope. As explained in our Disclaimer, Jyotish traditions disagree on many conventions, and the app makes consistent choices rather than claiming one tradition is the only correct one.

AstroDyuti is fully translated into nine languages: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, and Gujarati. You can change the language in Settings. For any other question, visit Support or email support@gregforgelabs.com; we review requests in English.

Yes — enter the closest time you know. The closer it is, the better: the ascendant, the houses, and the dasha timeline all depend on birth time, so the chapters built on them shift with it. Family records, hospital papers, or an elder's memory are worth checking. Features tied to the day rather than your birth — the Panchang, festivals, timing windows — do not depend on birth time at all.

Yes. Each profile is a full chart with its own Kundli and readings. The Free plan includes 1 profile, Pro includes 5, and Max includes 10. Switch between profiles in the app; Vani answers about whichever profile is active.

Yes. The Panchang, muhurat, and timing features are computed for your own city and timezone, wherever you live — Hyderabad or Houston. The app is available in 14 countries: India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Mauritius, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Singapore.

Mostly. Your chart and the Panchang are computed on your device, so once your Kundli is cast the core reading features keep working without a connection. Vani chat, account sync, and purchases need the internet.

iPhone (iOS) and Android phones. The app is designed for phones; there is no separate iPad or tablet layout.

The Kundli is your Vedic birth chart. The app presents it as a set of chapters covering the ascendant and planets, houses, divisional charts, yogas, dasha (planetary period) timelines, transits, and more, each with a plain-language explanation of what it may mean for you.

The Panchang is the traditional Vedic almanac for a given day: tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, sunrise and sunset, and the auspicious and inauspicious timings such as Rahu Kalam and Choghadiya. AstroDyuti shows the Panchang for your location and can send an optional daily notification.

Alongside your chart, AstroDyuti writes a fresh reading for your day, your week, and your month, tied to your own chart and the current transits. "This Hour" gives a single quick verdict on whether the current hour looks favourable, based on several timing factors. These are guidance to reflect on, not instructions to follow.

Chart accuracy depends on the birth details you provide. Even small errors in birth time or place can change the ascendant, the nakshatra, the dasha periods, and the interpretations that follow. Enter your date, exact time, and city of birth as precisely as you can. Astrology is a symbolic, interpretive tradition, not a validated science, and readings are for reflection rather than certainty — see "Is this religious, and how should I read predictions?" below.

Vedic astrology is rooted in Indian cultural and religious tradition, but you do not need to follow any religion to use the app. References to deities, mantras, gemstones, fasts, or remedies are offered for cultural and educational context, not as requirements. Read every prediction as guidance, not destiny: nothing in the app is a guaranteed outcome. Do not make consequential decisions — about health, marriage, money, career, or the like — based solely on what the app says. Yes. The chart plates support both traditions, and you can switch the default style in Settings.

Dashas are the planetary periods Vedic astrology uses for timing — which planet "runs" a given stretch of your life. The app includes the classical Vimshottari dasha in five nested levels of detail, plus the Yogini, Ashtottari, Chara, and Kalachakra systems, each as its own chapter of your Kundli.

Only what you opt into: a daily reading, Panchang highlights, and a heads-up before festivals, fasting days, and notable transits. One switch in Settings controls all of them, and you can turn them off entirely.

Vani is an in-app AI astrologer you can chat with in plain language. It reads your own chart and classical interpretive rules to answer questions about your Kundli, timing, and life areas. Vani offers guidance and reflection; it is not professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and its AI-generated replies can occasionally be wrong or incomplete, so treat them accordingly.

No. Vani chats about a single chart at a time and does not do partner-chart compatibility inside the conversation. For compatibility between two people, use the dedicated Match feature described above.

Match compares two birth charts using the classical Guna Milan / Ashtakuta method (the 36-guna system) plus additional checks, and explains the result in everyday language. It is meant as a thoughtful reference for relationship compatibility, not a verdict — see the Disclaimer.

The profile you have active. Switch to a family member's profile and Vani answers from their chart and running dasha instead. Vani also keeps your recent conversations so you can return to them — how many are saved, and for how long, depends on your plan.

The app is free to start and includes a limited allowance of Vani turns (a "turn" is one message and Vani's reply). For more, there are two optional monthly subscriptions, Pro and Max. Both unlock the full premium features and remove the optional rewarded ads that free users may occasionally see; Max includes a larger monthly Vani allowance and a few extra perks over Pro. Active subscribers can also buy one-time Vani credit packs for extra turns. Current prices and allowances are always shown in the app at purchase. Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, so you manage or cancel them there. On iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the store where you bought — for example, Google Play's 48-hour window or Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com. Casting your Kundli, the Birth Snapshot chapter, your daily reading, and the Panchang are free. The deeper Kundli chapters, the weekly and monthly readings, Match reports, and muhurat searches unlock free after a short rewarded ad. Five advanced chapters — Vastu, Kalachakra, Jaimini, Tajika, and KP — are for subscribers only. Pro and Max remove every ad in the app.

One-time top-up packs (10, 30, or 75 credits) available to active subscribers. One credit is one extra Vani question after your plan's monthly allowance runs out. Your credit balance carries over month to month and survives plan changes; it cannot be restored after account deletion. Details in the Refund & Subscription Terms.

Yes, anytime from the plans screen in the app. The store applies the change and any proration under its own rules, and your Vani credit balance is unaffected.

Your profile and birth-chart details are stored so the app can recompute your charts and readings; some data is kept on your device and some in the cloud to sync your account, Vani chats, and subscription state. Astrology calculations run on your device. We do not sell your personal data. You can review exactly what is collected, how it is used, and your rights in the Privacy Policy. Please do not email us sensitive birth details, payment-card numbers, or verification codes.

The quickest way is in the app: go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm with the one-time code sent to your phone number; deletion completes immediately and erases your profiles, chart details, Vani history, and unused credits. If you cannot open the app, use the web request form at Account & Data Deletion. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately, as below.
